Step 1: In considering a web site, you should ask yourself some questions about your Web site needs:
Why do you want a web site? What objectives do you hope to accomplish with your site? What colors would you like for the site? Do you have some URLs that you have seen that you like design or copy aspects of? Can you name some examples of existing sites that you like or dislike and why?

Can you show examples of your current marketing materials, logos, pictures, etc. that you would like to incorporate into your Web site's design?
Things you can provide us with:
Answers to the above questions.
Any information you want on your site (e.g. business card, any promotional material, pictures, logos, etc.)
Any electronic media copies of the above.
Questions that you have.

Step 2: The Decision - After the interview, we will either use one of our packages, or calculate a custom package based on your input. If you decide to go ahead with site development, we will sign the contract that outlines the scope of the project and transfers the copyright for your site directly to you (upon payment of the final invoice). A deposit for 50% of the estimated cost is due at this time.

Step 3: The Proposal - We will develop a "comp," or mock-up site for your review. You will feedback any changes required. If the scope of your project changes, an adjustment to the cost will be made at this time.

Step 4: The Agreement - Once you approve the proposed mock-up, we will start adding site content.

Step 5: Providing Site Content - If you have it available, we will ask you to provide us with text, logos and other items needed. We can do copywriting if requested, for an additional fee. If you provide graphic content for your site, it must be provided in electronic format (MS Word or basic format for text and .JPG, .GIF or .PNG, .PSD for graphics).

Step 6: Site Development - We will develop your site in the format that was agreed upon and the information you provided.

Step 7: The Demo - Once complete, we will provide you a demo site for your review.

Step 8: Reviewing / Testing / Proofing - As you review the demo, please let us know what you like or don't like about it. We will work with you to make any changes so that you are completely satisfied with your site.

Step 9: Going "live" - Once all the changes and corrections are made and you approve the design, we will post your site live on the Internet. We will provide site optimization and SEO for the search engines, as well as site submission to same.  Please note that you will still be responsible for promoting your site by other means.  You can do this by advertising your web site on your marketing materials and wherever else you normally advertise. You might also want to find web sites that will provide a link to your site. We can add these once you have them.

Step 10: Final Invoice / Turnover - Once your site is completed to your satisfaction, you will receive an invoice for the last 50% of the cost plus any additional fees such as hosting or domain name registration fees if not part of the original package.

After final payment is received and processed, if you so choose, you can receive a follow-up packet from us which will include username and passwords to access the server.

Step 11: Final Review and Feedback - During our turnover, we ask you how we did. We are continually improving our process, and want your input on how we can do that. We also want to serve you on an ongoing basis, either through site maintenance, upgrades or any other services we offer.

Step 12: Celebrate and Publicize! Congratulations! Your new Web site will provide an effective tool to finding new clients, building relationships, and promoting your business.
